Welcome to MindFutures.com. Dr Marcus Anthony is a futurist and educator. This site contains his articles and other writings, most of which have been published in academic journals. However there are other more "layman"-friendly articles here, mostly located in the "Other Writings" section. One of Marcus' primary subjects is the futures of mind and intelligence. However, he also writes about other things, including China, where he has lived and worked for the past eight years. Indeed, he has lived and worked in all of Taiwan, mainland China and Hong Kong.

The essential questions Marcus Anthony is interested in are:

Here is a brand new article I have written which will be an invaluable aid to researchers wishing to enhance intuitive intelligence as they do their research. I outline five specific intuitive tools which can make research more exciting, efficient and fluid.

Abstract: The dominance of the critical/rational worldview has led to the diminishment of intuition and deep meaning in both Western society as a whole, and in its education systems. This paper traces the historical development of that process. Crises tend to create space for shifts in thinking, and now is the right time to begin to re-introduce discussion of the place of deep meaning, personal development and spirituality in education. The key is a deeper exploration of other ways of knowing and inner worlds. Recent shifts in the world economy have created the perfect moment for this shift. Indeed, it is vital for the future of the West, and the entire human race.
